Location: Center of Azrou, Middle Atlas, Morocco. Meeting Spot: You will meet your guide in the center of Azrou town, close to Mosque Nour and Café Bilal. It’s an easy-to-find location in the main square area.
1. Departure from Azrou (9:00 AM) Meet your guide in Azrou town. After a short briefing, begin your hiking journey through the Middle Atlas landscape.
2. Sabab Forest (Oak forest) Walk under the shade of centuries-old oak trees and enjoy the peaceful sound of birds and nature.
3. Les Falaises Mountain Viewpoint Climb toward the rocky cliffs known as Les Falaises for a panoramic view of Ifrane National Park — an ideal spot for photos and rest (lunch time)
4. Sahab Forest (Cedar forest) Continue hiking through the majestic Atlas cedar trees, among the oldest in Morocco.
5. Moudmam Park – Home of Barbary Macaques Encounter the playful Barbary macaques in their natural habitat and learn about their behavior and conservation.
6. Return to Azrou (approx. 2:30 PM) End the loop trail back in Azrou with a sense of connection to nature and the Middle Atlas heritage.
