This walk is like having a tasting menu of San Cristobal. Food is truly one of the best ways to really learn about people and their culture. Let's show you the barrios from a local perspective. We will have fun trying the traditional regional cuisine from ancient times that we find in the markets and also in those that today are considered the best restaurants in the country.     Meeting Point: Cerrillo Park (Parque del Cerrillo) We will meet in the Kiosko located in the center of the park, it's in front of the beautiful church. Our foodie expert will be waiting for you. Once we are ready, we will introduce ourselves and talk about our recommendations to follow during the walk.

    Our first visit will be to taste the traditional Coleta cuisine. We will walk through the market to learn all about the ingredients that we are going to try during our tour. We will also talk about how many of the herbs and spices are used for healing purposes, since in this region Ancestral medicine has survived the modernization of the pharmaceutical sector. We will learn about state products and thus take advantage of the freshest ingredients during our stay.

    At our next stop we will try the soups that bring joy with their flavors, and warm our souls with their aromas! We will try the traditional chipilin soup as well as other famous broths in the region. We will take advantage of the incredible terrace of this place to talk about places of interest inside and outside of San Cristobal.
