Meeting and pickup
After collecting your luggage, exit through your cruise terminal’s arrivals door and wait at the official taxi/private-transfer pickup area outside. Your driver will contact you by WhatsApp about 15 minutes before pickup and will be holding the lead traveler’s name.
The transfer ends at Barcelona Sants Railway Station, at the designated taxi drop-off area on the Plaça de Joan Peiró side, with convenient access to the main station concourse and train platforms.
What to expect
After disembarking, collecting your luggage and passing through customs, proceed to the official taxi and private-transfer pickup area directly outside your terminal. The driver will be waiting with the lead traveler’s name.
Your driver will confirm the booking and assist with loading your luggage. Your group will travel in a private, air-conditioned licensed Barcelona taxi or minivan.
You will be driven directly from Barcelona Cruise Port to Barcelona Sants Railway Station. There are no shared passengers or unnecessary stops. The journey normally takes 20–30 minutes, depending on the terminal and traffic.
The driver will drop you off at the designated taxi area on the Plaça de Joan Peiró side of Barcelona Sants Station and assist with unloading your luggage.
