What to expect
On the day of your transfer, your driver will be tracking your flight in real time. If your flight is delayed, your driver will already know and will be waiting — no extra charges, no need to call anyone.
When you land and collect your luggage, your driver will be waiting in the arrivals hall at Barcelona El Prat Airport with a sign displaying your name. Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 are both covered — your driver confirms the correct terminal based on your flight details provided at booking.
Your luggage is loaded and you depart directly to your cruise terminal with no shared stops. The drive to the port takes approximately 20—30 minutes depending on traffic. We cover all terminals including Moll Adossat (A, B, C, D) and World Trade Center.
Your driver drops you off directly at your terminal entrance and assists with unloading your luggage so you can board your ship relaxed and on time.
