Standard Sedan and Express Services: Step 1 - After collecting your luggage, exit the double doors outside the Baggage Claim area and proceed to the Green Pole marked for Ridesharing Shuttle. Each terminal has a dedicated Pole spot where to locate the LAXit buses which arrive approximately every 7 minutes. Step 2 - Ride the LAXit Green bus. That's a free shuttle provided by LAX to take you to the LAXit lot where all ride-sharing and taxi services occur out of LAX. Step 3 - Tell the LAXit shuttle driver to drop you off at Zone 20A /Opoli pick-up location. Step 4 - If you haven't received a call from your driver yet while onboard the LAXit Shuttle, that is the best time to contact your driver if you already received their contact information via Text. You may also call 1-800-733-8267 or 310-464-0327 to reach the contracted carrier's Vehicle Status Line. Step 5 - Take your pickup ride from Zone 20A to your destination. Have a safe travel and we hope you ride with us again.

What to expect

When booking, please provide your flight details (airline and flight number) as well as your hotel or accommodation information. Your transfer will be confirmed instantly, and you will receive a voucher to present to your driver at pickup.

Please note that the vehicle’s color and exact model may vary, but it will always match the category of vehicle you selected.

You will receive a WhatsApp message 24 hours before your trip and again upon landing, containing your driver’s details and all additional pickup instructions from the service provider.
