"Airport Pickup: Terminal A & B: Customers exit at Level 2, which is the same level as baggage claim. Once customer passes customs and collects their luggage, they should message the driver with their airline and door number (e.g., American Airlines – Door 24, Delta – Door 30, Southwest – Door 7, United – Door 27). The driver will then reach them in approx. 5 minutes or less.
Terminal C: The meeting point is at Level 6, in front of door C48–C49, directly outside the bag claim area.
