Your driver is tracking the flight status on the Changi App to find out which baggage belt the luggage will arrive at. After receiving information from Changi Airport, he will go to the designated baggage belt in the arrival hall and will wait for you, holding a tablet with your name displayed. He will also send you a message in advance for a smoother pickup.

Driver will pick up passenger at hotel main entrance, and/or will message passenger via WhatsApp or mobile the pickup location and details.
