Upon clearing customs and baggage claim, exit into the arrivals hall where a paging representative will be holding a sign with "Koi" logo it on your right hand side, standing next to Costa Coffee Shop.

Upon clearing customs and baggage claim, exit into the arrivals hall where a paging representative will be holding a sign with your name on it, standing next to Costa Coffee Shop.
International afrrival -T3 Terminal 3: Due to airport regulations, our KOI Ride airport coordinator will be waiting for you near Parking Gate 3, holding a sign with the KOI logo for easy identification.
To reach Parking Gate 3:
Exit the terminal and turn right just before the exit doors.
Look for signage indicating “Exit No. 3” and head in that direction.
Use the pedestrian crossing (walking signal) to safely cross the road toward Parking Gate 3.
The walk typically takes 5 to 10 minutes.
What to expect
