What to expect

Your experience begins with a hotel pick-up in Hanoi Old Quarter, followed by a welcome drink at the restaurant. Meet your chef, who will introduce the cooking class, recommend one signature dish, and help you choose two additional Vietnamese dishes to prepare. Before cooking, visit a local market to learn about fresh ingredients, local produce, and Vietnamese food culture while practicing a few basic Vietnamese phrases with local vendors. Return to the restaurant for a hands-on cooking class, then enjoy the delicious dishes you have prepared. At the end of the experience, receive a cooking certificate before being dropped off at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter.
