The 2-day Mai Chau tour offers a refreshing escape from Hanoi, taking visitors through scenic landscapes to the tranquil countryside of northern Vietnam. We will pick up all guests in Hanoi Old Quarter Area or Hanoi Opera House if you stay outside pick up area. Please be ready at your lobby, our guide will come and call your name for the tour and then transfer to Mai Chau.

7:00-7:30: Pickup at your hotel in the Old Quarter (In cases of a traffic jam or the pickup point is not possible to reach, please move to the more convenient spot that we provided)

Stop at the top of Thung Khe Pass to admire the panorama of Mai Chau Valley. You will especially feel interested when visiting the temporary local market selling products of the Muong ethnic people at the top of the pass.

3Mai Chau
12:00 - 13:00: Have lunch (vegetarian available). 13:00 - 16:00 Cycling Tour in a beautiful valley full of fresh air and visit the typical Thai ethnic village, houses, and explore the way they are woven traditional fabrics and brocade products that take a very long time to finish.

4Mai Chau District
Enjoy the the dinner, you will have a chance to enjoy traditional dishes prepared in the style of the native Thai for dinner meal and watch the Thai’s traditional Dance show and drink traditional wine “ruou can”. (only applied for group more than 5 peoples)

5Mai Chau
Start the day with a simple breakfast at homestay. Go with a local Thai tour guide, we will cycling for 2km before start the trek to visit more remote rural villages: Na Meo, Na Mo and Xam Pa villages to see the rice terraces and understand more about their culture and customs

6Mai Chau District
Immerse yourself in the vibrant local culture and scenery. Check out and have lunch at restaurant then free time for shopping or relaxing. 12:00 -13:00 : Free time for shopping and relaxing then get on the van/bus to drive back to Hanoi.

7Hanoi
After 4 hours driving by pass Mai Chau again, we will arrive at Hanoi and drop off guests at hotel in Old Quarter between 19h00 PM to 19h30 PM. Tour ends.
