What to expect

In case of arrival at airports: Our bilingual driver will be waiting with a sign with your name. Please provide the flight number in your order so that we can track the flight if it is delayed, diverted or cancelled. Then our driver will take you to your destination (hotel, other airport/port

If starting at hotels or other locations: Our driver will wait for you at the hotel entrance at the agreed time to take you to the airport or other final destination within the city of Rio de Janeiro.

Note: Travel time may vary depending on distance and city traffic. We will always try to use the safest and fastest routes. Normally the trip between the Airport and the South Zone of Rio de Janeiro takes between 40 minutes and 1 hour.
