Meeting and pickup
Airport Pickup: Your driver will meet you at the arrivals hall holding a sign with the lead traveler’s name. Train Station Pickup: Your driver will wait at the exit gate with a sign showing the lead traveler’s name. Hotel Pickup: Please wait in the hotel lobby or at the main entrance at the agreed time. Other Locations (Exhibitions / Business / Residences): Please provide the full address and details in advance. Free Waiting Time: Airport pickups include 60 minutes of free waiting time after landing. For train station pickups, 30 minutes of free waiting is included. In Case of Delay: Don’t worry if your flight/train is delayed — we monitor real-time schedules. Vehicle & Luggage: A regular sedan can fit up to 3× 28-inch suitcases. For larger groups, please select Business MPV or Luxury Car.
