Meeting and pickup

Pickup points
You can choose a pickup location at checkout (multiple pickup locations are available).
Pickup details:

Hotel / Apartment Pickup: Please wait in the hotel lobby or at the main entrance of your accommodation. For apartments/Airbnb, provide the full address and entry instructions (gate codes, building number, etc.) in advance. Exhibition Pickup: For Canton Fair or other exhibitions, please provide the hall number and gate/entrance so the driver can locate you easily. Airport / Train Station Pickup (if applicable): Driver will meet you inside the arrivals hall with a sign showing the lead traveler’s name. 60 minutes of free waiting at the airport and 30 minutes at train stations are included. Communication: If you cannot find your driver, please contact us immediately via the Viator messenger (or WhatsApp/WeChat if provided). Special Requests: Please inform us in advance if you need a child seat, have oversized luggage, or require service outside central Guangzhou districts (surcharge may apply).

What to expect

1. Booking Confirmation

2. Pre-Trip Coordination
Before your travel day, we’ll double-check your flight/train details or your meeting schedule. We can also help plan factory visits, exhibitions, or sightseeing stops if requested.

3. Pickup / Meet-and-Greet
On the day of service, your driver/assistant will be waiting at the agreed meeting point (airport arrivals hall, hotel lobby, train station exit, or business address) holding a sign with your name.

4. Luggage and Comfort
We assist with your luggage and escort you to a clean, air-conditioned vehicle. Bottled water, tissues, and phone charging are provided onboard.

5. During the Journey
Enjoy a smooth, direct transfer or customized itinerary. Your Elite Assistant offers bilingual support, translation, coordination, and optional photography during your trip.

6. Flexible Stops
If arranged in advance, we can stop at factories, markets, or landmarks en route. Your assistant ensures clear communication and smooth logistics at every stop.

7. Drop-Off at Destination
We take you directly to your requested address, hotel, factory, or airport/train station in your destination city. We help with luggage, confirm arrival details, and ensure everything is in order before leaving.

8. Post-Service Support
We can follow up by sharing photos or contact information (if requested) and are happy to assist with future bookings or extended services.
