You can choose a pickup location at checkout (multiple pickup locations are available).
Pickup details:

Hotel / Apartment Pickup: Please wait in the hotel lobby or at the main entrance of your accommodation. For apartments/Airbnb, provide the full address and entry instructions (gate codes, building number, etc.) in advance.

Exhibition Pickup: For Canton Fair or other exhibitions, please provide the hall number and gate/entrance so the driver can locate you easily.

Airport / Train Station Pickup (if applicable): Driver will meet you inside the arrivals hall with a sign showing the lead traveler’s name. 60 minutes of free waiting at the airport and 30 minutes at train stations are included.

Communication: If you cannot find your driver, please contact us immediately via the Viator messenger (or WhatsApp/WeChat if provided).

Special Requests: Please inform us in advance if you need a child seat, have oversized luggage, or require service outside central Guangzhou districts (surcharge may apply).
