  Saqqara (Sakkara) Pyramids

This pyramid was a revolutionary move from traditional mastabas to a multi-layered structure. 2.Pyramid of Unas: Known for its Pyramid Texts, the first known religious texts carved into the pyramid walls, giving insight into ancient Egyptian beliefs about the afterlife. 3.Serapeum of Saqqara: This vast underground burial site houses the sacred Apis bulls, seen as incarnations of the god Ptah.
