To ensure a smooth and uninterrupted meeting, please follow the guidelines below specific to your pick-up location:
1. Airport pickup (CDG, ORY, BVA, LBG)
Meeting Point: Your driver will be waiting for you inside the arrivals hall, just past the baggage claim area and automatic exit doors.
Identification: The driver will hold a name sign clearly displaying the Lead Traveler name on your Reservation Voucher.
Flight Tracking: We track your flight in real time. You do not need to inform us of a delay. Your free 1 hour waiting period starts after the actual landing time.
In case of Difficulty: If you do not locate your driver (which is rare), please use the free airport Wi-Fi to contact us immediately via the WhatsApp app.
2. Pick-up at Paris Train Stations
Meeting Point: The driver will be waiting for you at the main exit of the arrival platform or near the general reception area of the station, with a name sign.
Timing: A free 30-minute waiting period is included from your train’s expected arrival time.
3. Pick-up at the Inn or Private Residence
Punctuality: Please be ready 10 minutes before the agreed pick-up time.
Location: The driver will arrive directly at the entrance or front desk of your establishment.
Important Rating: Please ensure that the address provided at Reservation is complete and accurate for door-to-door service without delay.
