【Experience Details】
・Grinding Matcha with a Stone Mill (Approx. 20 minutes)
Use a traditional stone mill to grind tencha, the raw ingredient for matcha, into fine powder by hand.
・Matcha Whisking Experience (Approx. 10 minutes)
After a demonstration, whisk your own bowl of matcha using a chasen (bamboo whisk).
・Enjoying Matcha and Seasonal Sweets (Approx. 20 minutes)
Enjoy the matcha you prepared with seasonal sweets unique to Takayama.
