What to expect

A Special Moment: Stone-Milled Matcha Experience—Grind, Whisk & Compare

【Experience Details】
１ : Stone-Milling Matcha (20 min)
　Grind tencha leaves with a traditional stone mill. Participants take turns (one mill only).
２ : Whisking & Tasting (20 min)
　Whisk matcha yourself with a bamboo whisk (chasen).
3 : Compare Two Matcha Types
　・Freshly milled matcha (tasting portion)
　　Limited to one bowl per session, shared among pairs/groups and served in separate cups.
　・Shop matcha (one full bowl each)
　　Each guest enjoys one full bowl individually.

Matcha is served with Japanese sweets from Hida Takayama.
A small souvenir is included.
