What's Included
Meeting and pickup
You must send us the airline and flight number to be able to track it in case any changes arise, such as a cancellation or modification. Any changes should be reported immediately. In the event that the aircraft changes its date or time of arrival, it is the passenger's responsibility to notify us of this updated information, including the flight number and new arrival time.
Once the flight lands, the driver will wait up to 60 minutes, so they have time to pick up their luggage and leave the airport.
The day before arrival, we will send you the photo of the sign with which one of our representatives will be waiting at the airport.
The day before departure, you must confirm your departure time.
If you are staying in a hotel, you must send us the room number, so that our representative can ask for you at reception with your name and room number.
If you are staying at an Airbnb, you must send us the exact location.
Our representative will have all the details of your trip and receive them with a poster of the Liberian Airport, which will be named after the representative of the group or the traveler.
If you are travelling with children, it is essential that you inform us in advance and indicate the age of each child, in order to provide the appropriate child safety chair, according to availability and current regulations.

What to expect
The customer makes the reservation by providing the basic travel details: date, number of passengers, destination, airline and flight number (if applicable). Once the reservation is confirmed, the service is guaranteed according to the requested schedule.
2. Flight confirmation and tracking
With flight information, it is tracked in real time. In case of changes, delays or cancellations, the passenger must notify us immediately to adjust the service correctly.
3. Pre-arrival preparation
The day before arrival, we send the client the photo of the sign and the details of the meeting. The assigned driver receives all travel information.
4. Airport reception (Meet & Greet)
Upon arrival of the flight, the driver waits in the arrival hall with a personalized sign with the name of the passenger or group. The driver will wait until 60 minutes after landing to allow baggage removal.
5. Assistance and transfer
The driver assists with luggage and escorts the passenger to the vehicle. The transfer takes place in a private, comfortable, air-conditioned vehicle without unnecessary stops.
6. Safe and comfortable transfer
During the tour, the passenger enjoys a safe, punctual and relaxed journey. Our bilingual drivers provide professional treatment and can share general information about the destination if the customer wishes.
7. Arrival at the final destination
The service ends with direct arrival at the hotel, resort or Airbnb.
If hotel : the driver confirms at reception according to the name and room number.
If it is Airbnb : you arrive at the exact location provided by the customer.
8. Subsequent assistance
Our team remains available for any additional queries or services before, during and after the transfer.
