What makes this experience truly special is the warm welcome into a real Berber family’s home where traditions are still alive You won’t just learn recipes you’ll live the Berber way of life for a day Together we’ll cook with fresh ingredients from the garden bake bread in a clay oven and prepare traditional Moroccan tagines. You’ll also step back in time with a visit to a 300-year-old Berber house where I’ll share the stories of my ancestors and village life in the mountains this is not a tourist show it’s an honest personal moment of sharing culture, food, and friendship in a peaceful Berber village.

What to expect

Join me for a special Moroccan cooking class and cultural experience in a peaceful Berber village near Taghazout After meeting in Taghazout we will drive together through the beautiful mountains to my family’s village where the warm Berber hospitality begins We will start by preparing traditional Moroccan mint tea using fresh mint picked directly from the family garden. This is a great moment to relax introduce ourselves and get to know each other Next we will begin the hands-on cooking workshop Together we’ll prepare the dough and bake fresh bread in a traditional clay oven just like Berber families have done for centuries. Then we will peel and chop fresh vegetables and prepare different types of tagine using local spices and cooking techniques While the tagines are slowly cooking, we’ll take a special visit to a real Berber house more than 300 years old where I’ll share the stories and history of Berber life in the mountains To finish we’ll gather around the table and share the delicious meal we’ve prepared enjoying the peaceful atmosphere of the mountains
