What to expect

In this wine tasting class, guests will savor three distinct Tuscan wines, each paired with traditional local products. They will sample Chianti Classico with aged Pecorino cheese, exploring its medieval origins. Vernaccia di San Gimignano will be enjoyed with bruschetta drizzled with Tuscan olive oil, highlighting its Renaissance heritage. Finally, Brunello di Montalcino will be paired with wild boar salami, revealing its rich history from the 19th century. Throughout, participants will learn about the history and cultural significance of each wine and its pairing.
