Hotels/Resiences DE: The driver will be waiting for you at the Inn reception or at the address provided (private residence, apartment, Airbnb, etc.). 20 minutes free waiting time is included.

The driver will contact you before the pick-up, either by phone or via the DE Viator or Tripadvisor messaging system according to the contact details you have provided. You can also exchange via SMS or WhatsApp if this is enabled. EN case DE need, you can leave a message directly via Viator or Tripadvisor.
