You can learn cooking methods by professional that can be easily replicated at home. Masami has a lot of knowledge about cooking so feel free to ask any questions you have.
Room and kitchen is a small Japanese-style, so we recommend for private such as friends and families to enjoy together. And it has Tatami room, children can also relax and enjoy themselves.
Our BENTO BOX is very filling,
so please come hungry!

What to expect
Masami, who trained under a traditional Japanese cuisine master, teaches the basic cooking methods of Japanese through BENTO making.
While these methods may seem simple, the attention to detail and precision are applicable to any type of cuisine. We would be happy if you could make dishes at home using the cooking methods you've learned.
For example :
・Chikuzen-ni : Simmered veggies and chicken
・Teriyaki : Grilled chicken or fish
・Chirashi-sushi : Sushi rice with thin egg omelette
・Sashimi : Fresh fish plate
Making four dishes together,
plating them up beautifully to BENTO BOX,
and then let's all eat together!
