Join renowned Portuguese chef Heitor de Melo in his private kitchen in Porto where you'll have everything ready to get your hands dirty and cook under his supervision, or relax over a glass of wine and watch the show.

The meeting point is located in Rua Serpa Pinto 671. Once you arrive you can immediately see "@ATME EVENTOS". but you can also choose a traditional place at our farm. You can use Taxi/uber ir Train. We send prives and schedules infomations if you need.

What to expect

At HM Food Experience, Chef Heitor Melo welcomes guests into his home for a hands-on cooking class where everyone prepares traditional Portuguese dishes using fresh, local ingredients — many grown on the farm.
Learn Portuguese culinary traditions and techniques while enjoying regional wines from Minho, Douro, and Alentejo.
The class ends with a full lunch shared at the table, in a warm, rural atmosphere surrounded by nature or in Porto Center.

Once the cooking session is over participants have lunch or dinner, paired with Portuguese wines.

The total time for the cooking session and meal is approximately 4 hours.
