Escape the bustle of Marrakech and embark on a challenging yet rewarding 2-day trek to conquer North Africa's highest peak, Mount Toubkal. Starting with pickup from Marrakech, you'll be whisked away to Imlil, the base of the mountain. Embark on a scenic hike to the Toubkal Refuge and witness the magic of sunrise from the peak before making your descent back to the refuge and eventually Imlil.
Day 1: Marrakech to Imlil - Pick-up in Marrakech at 7:30 am. Drive to Imlil (starting point of the trek). Meet your guide and muleteer team. Informative talk about the trip and the Imlil valley. Begin the hike to Toubkal Refuge. Overnight stay.
Day 2: Get the top and back to Imlil- Wake up and enjoy breakfast. Ascend to the peak of Mount Toubkal and witness a breathtaking sunrise when it’s possible. Return to Toubkal Refuge for a break. Hike back down to Imlil. Meet the driver in Imlil for the return transfer to Marrakech.

Your adventure kicks off with a morning pick-up from your Marrakech hotel at 7:00 or 8:00 am, depending on the season. Embark on a scenic drive towards the Atlas Mountains, arriving at the village of Imlil (1750m) where your trek commences. Guided by an experienced local, trek through picturesque Berber villages, pausing for a delightful picnic lunch near the revered Shrine of Sidi Chamharouch (2500m).

You will wake up at early morning to have a breakfast. Begin your ascent towards the Toubkal summit to enjoy a beautiful sunrise from the top. You will have a break of 30 minutes there to take some memorable photos with the beautiful and amazing views, before descending back to the refuge to have a break of mint tea . After all of that you will have a lunch on way back to Imlil, concluding your trekking odyssey. At the end Transfer back to Marrakech where you'll be dropped off at your hotel.
