You can choose a pickup location at checkout (multiple pickup locations are available).
Pickup details:

The driver will pick up passengers right at the airport exit. The driver will rely on the flight code provided by the passenger to determine the location of the pick-up lobby, hold the nameplate, and wait for the passenger. Then take them back to the hotel. And vice versa for transfers from the hotel to the airport.

This activity ends in a different location. You can choose from multiple locations at checkout.

What to expect

After choosing your preferred destination and vehicle type according to your needs, you will proceed to pay for the airport shuttle service. Guests will receive an email confirming the booking has been successful.
1-2 days before the pickup time, we will assign a driver and send an email to passengers so they have the most complete information about the trip.
At pickup time, the driver will pick up passengers at the airport lobby with their nameplates, assist them in getting to the car, and take them to the hotel.
