What to expect

Do You Enjoy Sake?

We offer a unique tasting experience featuring eight carefully selected sakes, exclusively available in Japan. Enjoy a fun and relaxed sake tasting journey!

Start with Simplicity
We'll begin with sakes that have a lower alcohol content, typically around 15-16%. There are options with even lower or higher alcohol levels, but we'll start with simpler sakes. Gradually, you'll taste sakes with more distinctive aromas and flavors.

Enhance the Experience
The tasting includes traditional Japanese snacks, allowing you to enjoy perfect pairings and explore how sake complements different foods.

Sweet Finish
Finally, savor amazake, a sweet fermented drink made from rice koji, which is also enjoyed as a dessert. Known as “drinkable IV,” amazake is cherished in Japan for its delightful taste and health benefits.
