Come Explore Ketchikan Alaska with the locals.
First, Herring Cove this cove is home to many black bear. Not only can you see black bear there are also eagle, harbor seal, and starting in June thousands of salmon running up the creek.
Next, over to a small beach for scenic views. Take a picture in front of a 600 year old Sitka Spruce tree. Plus during the salmon run you will see the fishermen out for the catch of the day.
Last, head even further out of town the Rainbow falls. This waterfall is a beautiful backdrop for photos. After a rain be prepared for water to spray out. if there hasn't been rain you can see the greenery and rocks behind the water.
Rotary Beach stop to see sea life in the tide pools. Monday-Friday.
All tours are guided by local women. Water, Chips, small candy, and rain ponchos are all provided.
Best chance to see wildlife (Bear, Eagle, Deer, and Salmon). This is in our Tongass National Rain Forest with a Creek running up to our salmon spawning grounds.
Our Beautiful Waterfall that runs year round. 10 miles out of down town Ketchikan. After a rain you will get wet standing next to it.

This stop is available Monday-Friday. At low tide we will be on the beach looking in tide pools for Sea Stars and other small sea life. At high tide the scenic views are breath taking.
