Travelers will be picked up directly from selected hotels within the city area. Please wait at the hotel lobby or main entrance at least 5 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. Your driver or guide will call your name or contact you via the phone number provided in your booking.
Pickup times may vary depending on traffic and other hotel stops, so we recommend being ready within the pickup window provided. If your hotel is not listed or located outside the pickup area, you will be advised of the nearest meeting point after booking.
