- When the number of participants is few, mini van may be used for departure. (combination of rental car and driver service)
- To ensure the smooth operation of the tour, we kindly request that you strictly adhere to the advised departure time
- The tour will depart at the scheduled time at the discretion of the tour guide.
- Please be advised that** no refunds** will be issued for latecomers.
- Although winter days are clear and usually Mt. Fuji shows up, in the rare case of a cloudy, rainy, or foggy day without visible Mt. Fuji, no refund will be issued. Thank you for your understanding.
