- Please arrive at the Shinjuku meeting point at least 20 minutes before departure. The bus leaves on time and cannot wait for late arrivals. No refunds are provided for missed departures.
- Prepare your booking confirmation, either digital or printed, at the Shinjuku meeting point.
- A minimum of 15 participants is required. If this requirement is not met, the tour will be canceled, and you will be notified 4 days before departure.
- At Tambara Ski Park, you must collect your lift ticket and rental equipment independently. Rental procedures may be in Japanese, so we recommend using a translation app if needed.
- Seats are assigned in advance. Please check the seating chart at the bus entrance after check-in. You may be seated next to other passengers.
- Travel times and your time at the resort may vary due to traffic or weather conditions. Delays may reduce your time on the slopes and result in additional travel expenses.
- Resort staff and rental forms are primarily in Japanese. Download a translation app to help complete rental forms, including your height, weight, and shoe size.
- Bring Japanese yen for coin lockers, food stalls, and vending machines, as some facilities may not accept cards.
- If snow wear is not included in your package, bring waterproof winter clothing and snow boots. An extra layer and a small towel are also recommended.
