- Weight limit is up to 120 kg (264 lb) per person, with a total combined weight (including baggage) of up to 200 kg (440 lb) for 3-passenger cabins and up to 300 kg (661 lb) for 4-passenger cabins; no cargo space is available, so only small carry-on items on your lap are permitted.
- Please provide the full name, nationality, body weight, contact phone number, and mode of transportation to the heliport (e.g., train, taxi, or private car) for all passengers at the time of booking.
- Children under 3 years old board on parent's lap and is free of charge (not being counted as the number of passengers). Only one child per group may ride on the lap.
- The time selected upon reservation is your flight departure time. Please ensure you arrive at the meeting location at least 30 minutes prior to departure.
- Please be sure to check your e-mail on the day of the tour before you come. *If the flight is cancelled due to bad weather or other reasons, we will send you an e-mail.
- In case of cancellation due to bad weather on the day of the tour, the tour will be rescheduled or a refund will be given.
- Please arrive at the meeting place exactly at the time of the meeting. (If you arrive too early, there may be a long wait time.)
- Eating and drinking are prohibited on board.
- After the reception by the staff, we will explain the precautions for boarding.
- After the scheduled boarding time, you will be escorted to the aircraft. (There is a possibility that the arrival time may be earlier than scheduled.)
- Please enjoy taking pictures with your smart phone or camera. (Photography is prohibited inside the Tokyo Heliport.)
