Meet at Miyako Station and transfer to Kitayamazaki cliffs.
Hike one of the most challenging section of the Michinoku Coastal trail, from the Kitayamazaki cliffs to the Aketo area. During the trail, Bento Box are provided for lunch.

Michinoku Shiokaze Trail Hiking (Tsukuehama Banya - Hotel Raga-so)
After check-out the hotel, transfer to the Itsukushima Shrine in Kuji area.
Michinoku Shiokaze Trail Hiking (Itsukushima Shrine - Samurai Beach - Kuwabata Fishing Port about 330 minutes)
Transfer to Tanesashikaigan in Hachinohe and enjoy a retreat style camp experience.
