- No Meals Included: Lunch is not included in the tour price. Dedicated time will be provided before entering the theatre to grab a quick bite, or buy snacks/drinks (please follow your guide's instructions).
- No Eating in Seats: Eating inside the auditorium (seating area) is strictly prohibited.
- Theatre Cafe & Foyer Dining: The theatre cafe opens 45 minutes before showtime and during intermissions, offering drinks and light meals. Important: CASH ONLY is accepted at the cafe and buffet areas. Please bring sufficient Japanese Yen cash with you.
- You are also welcome to bring your own small snacks/drinks to consume in the designated foyer area.
- Kabuki programs, casts, and estimated end times are subject to change without prior notice by the venue management.
- English audio guide are provided for all participants. You must return your audio guide receiver to the designated counter or rental desk before leaving the theatre. Please note that failing to return the device or taking it home may result in an additional replacement charge.
- You cannot enter the theatre using an electronic voucher or booking confirmation screen. Guests joining a guided tour will receive their physical paper entrance ticket and English audio guide directly from their tour guide on the day of the show.
- Please note that a Single-Act ticket does not grant entry from the beginning of the overall show, as entry is strictly permitted only during the intermission (approx. 20-minute break) right before your specific performance. Because allowed entry times are limited and vary depending on the daily program, please check the official theatre website or consult with us in advance to confirm your exact entry and performance times:
- For Shinjuku History Walk, Kabuki & Cultural Activity Plan, guide will assist you until entering the venue, but will not join you inside the theatre for the performance.
- Final tour instructions and emergency contact details for the day will be sent to your registered email address approximately 3 days prior to your tour date. Please be sure to check your inbox.
