- For guests requesting a room for 2 people, a double room will be provided; for 3 people, a triple room will be arranged.
- Guests requesting a triple room may be split into one double room and one single room, depending on availability.
- Please note that private baths cannot be reserved. Depending on the time, you may need to wait for your turn.
- Hotel check-out time is by 11:00.
- While regular light-up events are held from January, this tour allows you to enjoy the illumination from December, on the same scale as the regular season.
