    Begin your journey at Umi Jigoku, renowned for its stunning cobalt blue waters that resemble the sea. This hot spring, with a temperature of approximately 98°C, was formed over 1,200 years ago from volcanic activity.     Kannawa Onsen

    Ideyu-zaka, or "Gushing Spring Slope," is the nostalgic main street of Kannawa, where time seems to have slowed down. As you walk down this charming stone-paved path, you’ll be immersed in a retro atmosphere filled with traditional wooden inns and the constant, gentle hiss of white steam rising from the gutters. For centuries, this street has been the heart of "Toji" culture, where travelers come to heal their bodies in the mineral-rich waters.
