Nestled in Matsumoto City, Nagano Prefecture, Kamikochi is a renowned mountain resort set at about 1,500 meters above sea level. Located within Chubu Sangaku National Park, it is recognized as both a Special Place of Scenic Beauty and a Special Natural Monument of Japan. From the iconic Kappa Bridge over the Azusa River, visitors can enjoy sweeping views of the Northern Japan Alps, including the soaring peaks of the Hotaka Mountain Range rising above 3,000 meters. - In Kamikochi, you can get off the bus at any of the following locations: Taisho Pond, in front of Kamikochi Imperial Hotel, or the Kamikochi Bus Terminal. (Note: Boarding for the return trip is only available from the Kamikochi Bus Terminal.)
- After the scheduled departure time, the departure will be made at the discretion of our staff, so please be sure to adhere to the meeting time.
- The listed scheduled times and contents may change due to road conditions.
- In the unlikely event of a delay, requiring the use of a taxi or necessitating an overnight stay, we will not be responsible for any related costs.
- Depending on the number of participants, the bus may be a medium-sized or small bus.
- The bus does not have a toilet.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the bus, and reclining seats are generally not allowed
- In accordance with the "Work Style Reform Law" implemented on April 1, 2019, regarding the working hours of tour guides, meal times during the tour will be considered the tour guide's break time. Additionally, you may be staying at a different accommodation from the tour group. During free time, you will generally be responsible for your own activities.
- The storage period for lost items is two weeks after the completion of the tour. However, perishable items or items that are difficult to store will be disposed of immediately. Please be aware of this in advance.
