The session will be sweaty and fun, and our trainers will make sure you’ll have a great time!

The benefits of  fitness and exercise are widely recognized and whether you want to increase fitness, lose weight, try something new, prepare for a fight, or just simply enjoy a holiday with a difference, this is an excellent way to learn or improve your skills.

We offer the highest standard of training in a clean, safe environment where all students are treated equally, regardless of age, gender or ability.

We will also serve you a lunch after training before we bring you back to your hotel.
