Miho no Matsubara is registered as a component of the Mt Fuji World Heritage Site. Enjoy the postcard-perfect scenery of beautiful Mt Fuji, the sea and pine groves.

Nihondaira is about 300 m above sea level. It is one of Shizuoka City's most famous scenic spots, having been voted No. 1 on the list of the 100 best sightseeing spots in Japan.From the observatory, visitors can enjoy a 360° 'panoramic view' of Mount Fuji, Suruga Bay and Miho Matsubara.

Kunouzan Toshogu Shrine is associated with shogun Tokugawa Ieyasu. The Nihondaira Ropeway takes visitors to the shrine, which is a national treasure, and requires a climb of approximately 100 stone steps. People who have anything problem for exmple wheelchair users find it difficult to visit the shrine .
