Pickup is available from hotels, villas, and accommodations in popular areas such as Ubud, Seminyak, Kuta, Legian, Canggu, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Sanur, and Denpasar. For remote areas like Pecatu, North Ubud, East Bali, and Bedugul, an additional charge may apply. Pickup is scheduled at 08:00 AM each day, and travelers are requested to be ready at the lobby 10 minutes before the scheduled time. Our driver will contact you via WhatsApp or email one day before the tour for final confirmation. If you are staying near the airport or arriving on the same day, please provide your flight details in advance so we can arrange a smooth pickup.
