What to expect
Upon your arrival, you'll receive a warm welcome, setting the stage for an unforgettable journey into the world of Muay Thai. Your dedicated Kru will guide you through a fun session, tailored to your level and experience.
Start with a warm-up designed to prepare your body for the techniques ahead. Your Kru will then introduce you to the art of Muay Thai, teaching you the various strikes and techniques.
Put your newfound skills into practice during 3 rounds of pad work, where you'll have the opportunity to strike the iconic Muay Thai Pads. The heavy bag will also become your training partner as you refine your striking abilities.
As your session comes to a close, your Kru will lead you in a warm-down. The entire experience typically spans around 1 hour.
No need to worry about equipment; we've got you covered. Just come dressed in comfortable, loose-fitting clothing, and we'll provide all the necessary gear for an exceptional Muay Thai experience.
