Meeting and pickup
Our office is located near the historic center of Oaxaca. We are inside the Hotel Escalada; while everyone arrives, you can enjoy a coffee or simply wait in our comfortable lounges.
What to expect
We'll visit two destilerys, where you identify two differents process to make mezcal. You'll learn the traditional and artisanal methods of mezcal production. You'll also discover the proper way to drink it through touch, smell, sight, and taste (I'll put your senses to the test!).
In addition I take you to my agave fields so you can learn about the different types of agave that grow in our region.
We'll conclude with a delicious tacos prepared by my mom and we eat inmiddle of the agave fields.
But depends the wetar we can move in a special restaurant!
