    One of the largest cultural tourist attractions of its kind in China, the colorful Nanshan Cultural Excursion Zone is located just 25 miles (40 km) west of Sanya City along Hainan West-line Expressway and, in fact, three separate theme parks that rolls into one. Nanshan Buddhism Culture Park and Nanhai Guanyin Buddha are a window to Chinese traditional Buddhism culture. The Felicity and Longevity Culture Park shines its light on an atmosphere of peace and harmony and Nanhai Cultural Customs Park highlights diverse social customs of China. Key features of the cultural excursion zone includes the three-sided Buddha statue, Buddhist temples, superior landscaping, and ocean views. The new highlight is Nanhai Guanyin Buddha on The Sea which is 354 feet (108 meters) in height.
