Bird Island is home to 8 species of birds, including the largest colony of black-crowned kingfishers. Located on the Tempisque River, a Boat ride. Laguna Palo Verde, is ideal for watching thousands of birds, with a 20-meter elevated path for observers. The Tempisque and Bebedero rivers, the natural boundaries of the park, are navigable during high tide, offering diverse aquatic and riverside fauna, such as birds, crocodiles, iguanas, and turtles. There are also different types with different levels of difficulty for all people.

Discover the magic of Bagaces, Guanacaste, through three exciting trails. On the La Roca Trail, an easy 1.1 km journey, you will immerse yourself in nature for 20 minutes, perfect for bird watching and enjoying a peaceful walk. The 3.5 km Mirador La Mina will take you on a moderate hiking experience that lasts 1 hour and 11 minutes, offering you stunning views and the opportunity to connect with wildlife.
