1Museo dell'Olio
Here you will have a guided tour of the modern mill for the production of high quality extra virgin olive oil. Subsequently you will taste three different kind of olive oil and you will learn how to recognise a good quality olive oil and the tasting technique thanks to the help of an expert. Then you will visit the museum of olive oil tradition where you can see the old tools.

2Audarya
This experience will allow you to be introduced in the magic world of wine. Once arrived at the Audarya's estate we will visit the different vineyard and you will see the different grape variety and the training system. Then we will visit the production area where you will learn about the wine making process, from the pressing to the bottling, aging in barrel included. Once the tour will be finished, you will be accompanied to the tasting room. There you will have a guided tasting of 4 different wines accompanied by a selection of local products such as bread, cheese and cold cults.
