Explore the Charming Village of Gruissan Gruissan, in the heart of Occitanie in Aude, is a picturesque village with a rich maritime and winemaking history. As we walk through the narrow streets, you will be drawn to the village's distinct charm and historical significance. Our first stop will be the iconic Barbarossa Tower, commemorating the village's rich history and providing panoramic views. Wine Tasting Experience at Domaine de Bouïs We will visit the famous Château le Bouïs vineyard in the commune of Gruissan. This estate includes 35 hectares of the exceptional terroir of La Clape, a Natura 2000 site.
