- Pickup Time: We recommend a pickup between 5:00 PM ~ 6:00 PM to enjoy the Ice and Snow World at its most magical during sunset and blue hour. We are glad to follow up your preference pickup time because it is a private service trip. we will reach out you via Viator message , WhatsApp or WeChat after booking.
- Driver and vehicle information: You will receive the information (photo included) one day before your trip.
- Meeting Point: Your driver will meet you in your hotel's main lobby. Holding a name placard with Mr Orange log and your name on it, which is very easy to be recognized.
- You will receive the report when the driver departs for your hotel so that you may get ready to start the trip, driver will arrive at your hotel 10 minutes before the appointed pickup time
- Return Journey:
Your return schedule is flexible. We’ll pick you up from the exact drop-off location, so you won’t have to search for the driver among the crowds late at night in the cold.
When you are ready to leave the park, simply call or message us 30 minutes in advance, and they will be waiting for you in the warm vehicle.
