Pickup from Airport: We provide up to 2 hours free waiting time , Counting from the flight actual landing time. Normally it would be enough for the passengers clear Custom and get their luggage If you don't show up during the waiting time and cannot be contacted,you will miss your car and receive no refund. Overtime waiting fee: (USD5 or RMB35 PER half hour Per car) ,please pay cash to the driver 2.   Sign and Meeting point:     Pickup from Airport:  The driver would be waiting for you at the exit of the luggage claim area, holding the the placard with your name on it, which is very easy to be recognized. 3. Drop off hotel: the hotel should be located within the middle ring road in the Shanghai City.  there would be a little extra charge for out of range.

What to expect

1,Before getting to Beijing, you’ll receive the following information from us:

2,Beijing Arrival
• Upon arrival in Beijing airport, walk to the exit. There, you will meet our driver. In case you are unable to see our driver (this has never happened before), we strongly suggest you try the following procedure to get in touch with us. We will do our best to solve your problem on the spot.
• Go to the information desk opposite the terminal exit (staff there speak English and are always ready to help), and ask the staff to make a phone call to customer hotline. or you can contact us via wechat: chinatourop
• Call our 24-7 emergency line shown in our confirmation letter and ask for help.
