Look for our representative at the airport exit holding a sign with your name on it. They'll guide you to our tourist vehicle, which will take you to your hotel.

Once you land, our team will be there to meet you and take you to your hotel. Before you check-in, we'll give you a quick rundown of what's on tap for the day. If you arrive before 4 PM, we'll meet up at our office for a pre-trip briefing. If you arrive later, we'll meet you at your hotel. And if you're early, we'll have a relaxing mind-cleansing meditation session at our yoga studio.
Start your day with a breakfast at your hotel. Then, we'll head out on a guided tour of Kathmandu Durbar Square, a UNESCO World Heritage site.
Next, we'll visit Swayambhunath Stupa, also known as the Monkey Temple, for stunning city views.
After that, we'll explore Boudhanath Stupa, one of the biggest stupas in the world.
Then, we'll visit Pashupatinath Temple, a sacred Hindu temple, to see traditional rituals. Finally, we'll end the day with a last-minute shopping for our trek ahead.
Start your day with some stretching and breathing exercises. Then, we'll do some sun salutations to honor the sun. Next, we'll practice breathing techniques to calm down. After that, we'll say a peace mantra to find inner peace. After breakfast, we'll go on an amazing flight over Nepal's beautiful landscapes. When we arrive in Pokhara, we'll start our trek to Tikhe Dhunga. We'll hike along the river and through different landscapes. Once we get to Tikhe Dhunga, we'll freshen up and do some evening meditations to relax. We'll end the day with a yummy dinner and a good night's sleep.
We'll start the day early with morning prayers, stretching, sun salutations, yoga poses, breathing exercises, and a peace mantra. After breakfast, we'll start our trek. This is probably the hardest day of the trek, as we'll be climbing higher and higher. We'll start the adventure with a cool walk on stone steps to Ghorepani. It's about 18 kilometers and will take around seven hours. We'll end the day at a guest house at 2810 meters, where we can meditate and have dinner.
We'll start the day with an early hike up to Poon Hill, which is at 3210 meters. It's about an hour hike, and the views of the sunrise and 10 different mountain peaks are amazing. We'll do our usual morning routine of prayers, stretching, sun salutations, yoga poses, breathing exercises, and a peace mantra, all with a beautiful view of the Himalayas.
After Poon Hill, we go back down to Ghorepani, we'll have a light mountain breakfast before we trek to Tadapani. We'll rest for the night at a guest house at 2700 meters, where we can meditate and have a delicious dinner.
We'll start the day with our usual morning routine of prayers, stretching, sun salutations, yoga poses, breathing exercises, and a peace mantra. When we get to Ghandruk, we'll take a break to relax. Then, we'll visit the Gurung village and the Cultural Museum to learn about the local culture. We'll end the day at a guest house, where we can meditate and have a delicious dinner
Start your day with our usual morning routine of prayers, stretching, sun salutations, yoga poses, breathing exercises, and a peace mantra. Then, we'll take a Jeep ride to Nayapul and another one to Pokhara. When we get to Pokhara, we'll have a yummy lunch and go on a relaxing one-hour boat ride. We'll also get an Ayurvedic massage to feel refreshed. We'll spend the evening in Pokhara and go to a sound healing session to find inner peace.
Start the day with a prayer, followed by warm-up exercises, Suryanamaskar (sun salutation), Yogasana (yoga postures), Pranayama (breathing exercises), and conclude with Shanty Path (peace mantra). After breakfast, embark on a deluxe bus/coach drive back to Kathmandu. The journey takes approximately 7 hours.
Our airport representative will pick you up at your hotel and transfer you to the airport. If you have an extra day left, you can opt for a retreat in the Monastery or other activities
