Villa Punta Pennata - Matrimoni Napoli

It is located a few meters from the coast of Naples, consisting of rocks overlooking a crystal clear sea. In the warm seasons, many people come here to take a dip and reach the islet, even swimming. It is a small corner of paradise that contains a fascinating history and a unique landscape value. Once connected to the mainland by a thin strip of sand, Punta Pennata became an island in 1966, when a strong storm completely swept away the fragile isthmus, completely separating this territory from mainland Italy. Today, this striking place is a mix of unspoilt nature, archaeological finds and an atmosphere of rare beauty. Surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation and embellished by the proximity of Schiacchetiello, Punta Pennata represents a piece of history for the local community. The islet, however, has recently made headlines because it has been put up for sale.
