Live Rapa Nui from the inside with a local native company dedicated to keeping the culture of the island alive. At Maori Tour Rapa Nui, every experience is guided by a young and enterprising team, descended from Rapa Nui families who preserve stories handed down from generations.
We run small group tours to offer a real connection to each site. Rather than dates, we share ancestral stories, family memories and the authentic vision of those who grew up on this sacred land. Thus, each place comes alive and allows travelers to feel the essence of Rapa Nui.
Explore moai, ceremonial villages and volcanic landscapes with passionate local guides who share the mana and vivid spirit of the Rapanui people.

In Vaihu, a replica of the ancient villages where our ancestors lived was made, in order to know what their daily life was like and the various structures that made it up, such as chicken coops, stone gardens, boat houses, among others.
Oral history, which is the main source of history on the island, tells that the remains of the first king of Rapa Nui, Hotu Matu'a, lie there, who are missing. You can also see an original village with its structures and platforms, with moai in front of it.
The largest ceremonial center in the Pacific, which had to be restored after one of the most immense catastrophes recorded, a tsunami caused by the Valdivia earthquake. The entire restoration was possible thanks to the great contribution of Tadano and Sano, of Japanese origin. This place is better known as the platform of the 15 moai.

Next to him is a mysterious round magnetic stone known to disorient compasses, in addition to possessing particular energies.
Anakena, originally named Hanga Rau o Te Ariki, meaning 'king's landing bay', was the intended location for the people, led by King Hotu Matu'a, to colonize the island. Over time, this area became an exclusive space for royalty. Anakena has a white sand beach unique in the world, crystal clear waters and is located between palm trees and Moais.
