What to expect

1. Bookings will be confirmed via email;
2. An SMS will be sent confirming the pick-up time an hour before;
3. Delays due to traffic will be communicated via SMS/WhatsApp;
4. An official will meet and greet travellers on arrival at the airport or at the hotel lobby and will accompany them to the vehicle, which is clearly branded;
5. The shortest and safest route will be used to transport travellers;
6. The driver is not allowed to deviate from the agreed itinerary. Any changes to the agreed itinerary must be communicated and approved 4hrs before the trip;
7. Travellers will be dropped at designated drop-off zones at airports and hotels;
8. Our minivan can carry up to 8 passengers and their reasonable amount of luggage without the need for a baggage trailer. The requirement for the baggage trailer must be indicated during the booking process.
9. Bottled water will be served in vehicle.
